KABUL, Dec. 3 (Xinhua) -- Foreign Minister of Iraq Hoshyar Zebari has urged Afghan President Hamid Karzai to sign the controversial Bilateral Security Agreement (BSA), commonly known as the security pact, with Washington, local newspapers reported on Tuesday. "Our expectation of the government is to sign the BSA with the U.S. because Afghanistan needs U.S. support Air Max Womens Outlet ," quoting the Iraqi foreign minister who paid unannounced visit to Afghan capital Kabul on Monday, the English paper Daily Outlook wrote in its Tuesday edition.
