The directive is to put authorities in the northern region on high alert for any cases of Ebola should Guinean supporters trek to Ghana, Mahama Ayariga, Minister of Youth and Sports, said on Tuesday.
He said the reverse qualifier against Ebola-hit Guinea would not pose a threat to the citizens, contrary to concerns raised by some Ghanaians over the safety of the citizenry with the possible influx of Guinean supporters into Ghana.
